EIR Lesson 3: Blog Reflections In today's lesson we were asked to use the search engine google. I am very impressed with the amount of information i am able to find from this search engine. In today's activity we are told to write down the search query that includes the keyword and variations. I was impressed as i got one million over results and most of them are relevant.
I feel that participating in a discussion forum is a great way to get gather more information and at the same time we are able to see other people's point of view on related topic. Participating in a discussion forum is very helpful as people all around the world can help you as they might have other information that might be relevant to us.
When i just started talking to people in the forum i was quite anxious, however as time pass i find it quite fun as i am able to make friends and at the same time do my research. The first forum i ever went would be the hardwarezone forum. It is important to include the citation and bibliography whenever you get your information from a website or a book as we have to tell people where we refer the information from, it will also be easiler for us to get the information again if we have the citation.
